Hello - I'm trying to return on hand physical inventory with converted unit value. I get on hand inventory value but its returns from all WHS. I need value with selected WH only while opening the InventOnHandItemListPage form.

Hi Saleh, You can enter (or import) the additional balances in a general journal, check it and then post the journal. You can use the original invoice numbers to have some details. When you post the journal, it will create a new vendor transaction that will increase the open balance.

Hi All, I am trying to configure barcode printing for items while doing the product receipt in ax 2012 r2 and I have done the below setups in ax but I am facing some errors can anyone help me to solve them. 1. I have created a Layout Design and converted to a Text file. 2. The Barcode Printer has been added to the AOS server to print the Barcode. 3. New Document Routing Layout for Product barcode and Shelf Stickers created. 4. All the fields have been mapped to the text file which has been added to the Document Routing Layout form. But when I try to print the labels form the receipt I am not able to print the barcodes. And the system opens up the below form. Can anyone help me that what setup I am missing in this?

Hi AX Community, I have a form in which there is a field(Say F1). The field F1 should be available to a role R1 in such a way that F1 value can be changed only by user with Role R1. Rest of the user with roles other than R1 should have access to only view this field on form but not make any changes. Kindly guide me on how we can achieve this. Environment: AX 2012

Ideally you may have two security roles 1) R1_Readonly 2) R2_Write From this point, you can override permissions for F1 (Field) on any of the roles as per need.

Hi, there is a output order created when you created the picking list. The output order is reserving the qty for each line. If you want to cancel you need to delete the output order first. Go to the lines, and in the inventory>>out put order And delete the out put order.

Hi Martin, Apologies, I had tested this solution before posting and it hadn't worked. But once you confirmed it SHOULD work, I realised what the problem might be. Because both the tables were custom-made, the relationship between the two wasn't hardcoded. So it wouldn't filter if I tried above solution. Added relation, compiled and synchronised table, then the form worked as expected. Thanks very much for your help :) Cheers Luke
